Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain: Achievements and Perspectives from Translational Pain Research

7-8 September 2009 - Zürich, Switzerland

Satelite Symposium of the EFIC Meeting in Lisbon

Contact: Susanne Nielsen Lundis

Online registration

The aim of the symposium is to highlight translation of basic science into clinical practice for better prevention and management of musculoskeletal pain. The symposium would provide clinicians with an update on the progresses and perspectives in pain research. Participants who are involved in research would have the opportunity of an exchange with scientists dealing with different fields of basic and clinical research.

The venue is on a hill over the Zurich Lake, close to the city and to the airport. The quiet environment is ideal for stimulating learning and networking. The number of participants will be limited so that contacts and exchange will be facilitated.

We look forward to welcoming you in Zurich.

The Organizing Committee:

Michele Curatolo, Bern, Switzerland
Lars Arendt-Nielsen, Aalborg, Denmark
Hanns Ulrich Zeilhofer, Zurich, Switzerland
